In 2013, with a heart full of passion and a vision to uplift emerging talent, Kely embarked on a remarkable journey by launching the Local Jewelry Store. The inspiration was simple yet profound: to share her favorite designers' exquisite, one-of-a-kind jewelry pieces with the world. What began as a dream to make unique, accessible jewelry became a reality that continues to flourish today.
What's particularly special about our shop is that it's also a women-founded and women-run haven. Our team comprises 15 dedicated individuals, including 10 full-time and 4 part-time employees – a stellar 75% of whom are women. Every day, we pour our hearts into every aspect of our business, handling all our photography, fulfillment, and customer service in-house. This ensures that each piece of jewelry reaches you with the same care and attention to detail it had when it left the designer's hands.
